Refund policy

At Aritivo, all products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, our refund policy differs from a typical physical-goods store.

All sales are final once a file has been downloaded.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your order consists entirely of digital content (PDF planner files) delivered electronically, not on any tangible medium.
• Once you have accessed or downloaded the file, you expressly consent to waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), as permitted for digital content once performance has begun with the consumer's consent.
• We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a download has taken place, as the product cannot be "returned" in the way a physical item can.

Before your download has started, if you contact us within a reasonable time of purchase and confirm you have not yet accessed the file, we're happy to offer a full refund at our discretion.

Exceptions

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The file you received is genuinely corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open correctly.
• You were charged in error or received the wrong product.
